Stack Terminals- Insulated
UB46, UB47, UB48 & UB49.
Proper insulation of ductwork in ventilation, heating, or cooling systems is essential to minimise heat loss and prevent condensation. Ubbink offers a comprehensive range of insulated terminals designed for easy installation and maintenance.
Key Features:
- Compatible with tiles and slates, suitable for roof pitches from 25° to 45°.
- Fully insulated, including the cowl, to prevent condensation in varying temperature conditions.

Stack Terminals- Twin walled
UB34 & UB35
The Multivent Service Terminals are designed for systems requiring low resistance, making them ideal for mechanical and natural (passive) ventilation installations.
Key Features:
- Twin-walled pipework above the roofline with an integrated condensation drain.
- Compatible with tiled and slated pitched roofs (25–45°).
- Universal flashing included for both tiles and slates.
- Special versions for lower or higher pitches available on request.

In-line Terminal
UB37
The Ubbink Plain Tile Terminal (UB37) is an in-line pitched roof terminal designed for use with small plain, non-interlocking tiles. It is ideal for terminating 110mm diameter mechanical extract systems and soil & vent systems where external pressure testing is not required.
Key Features:
- Aesthetic design matches the UB8 roof ventilating tile.
- Free vent area: 6,250mm².
- Pressure/airflow resistance: 11Pa at 100m³/h.

In-line Slate Terminal
UB39
The Ubbink Vepac Terminal (UB39) is an in-line service terminal designed for slated roofs with pitches of 25–55°. It is ideal for terminating 110mm diameter mechanical extract systems and soil & vent systems where external pressure testing is not required.
Key Features:
- Matches the UB11 roof ventilating slate for a seamless aesthetic.
- Adapter must be fitted before roof installation.
- Not suitable as a pitched roof void vent due to the absence of an insect grille.
Specifications:
- Free vent area: 7,800mm².
- Pressure/airflow resistance: 19.0 Pascals at 100m³/h.

Universal Hooded Terminals
UB41
The UB41 is a Universal Service Terminal designed for use with most tiled and slated pitched roofs, eliminating the need to match specific tile or slate designs.
Key Features:
- Versatile Design: Suitable for ducting connections from 100mm to 160mm diameter with a stepped adaptor.
- Easy Installation: Adaptor can be trimmed to the required diameter and secured with solvent weld or PVC glue.
- Flexible Flashing: Includes a 500mm x 500mm Ubiflex flashing skirt, fitting seamlessly into most tiles and slates.
- Multi-Purpose: Can also terminate soil and vent pipes where external pressure testing is not required.
