Installer Live 2026- Golf Game- Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 This prize draw is organised by Ubbink UK, Unit 2A Mansard Close, Northampton,NN5 5DL, United Kingdom  (the “Promoter”).

To participate, individuals must be resident in the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland and aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Prize Draws and Competitions are not open to employees of the Promoter or any group, company, subsidiary or subcontractor of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw or Competition.

No purchase is necessary.

Fast Putt Challenge Promotion Terms:

• This promotion applies only to the Fast Putt Challenge golf game held at the InstallerSHOW at the NEC from 23–25 June.
• Each entrant will have 90 seconds to successfully complete all putts. The time taken to successfully complete all holes will be recorded, and the entrant with the fastest completed time will be placed at the top of the leaderboard.
• At the close of the exhibition, the entrant with the fastest valid completed time will be declared the winner. If two or more entrants record the same fastest time, the winner will be selected at random from those tied entrants by way of a prize draw.
• The winner will be contacted by email on Monday 29 June using the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide a delivery address.
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, including sending up to three email contact attempts during the claim period. If no response is received by Tuesday 7 July, or if the winner declines the prize, the prize will be offered to the runner-up with the next fastest qualifying time.

By entering, the prize winners agree to participate in publicity and material resulting from the Prize Draw or Competition if requested to do so by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use the details of the prize winners in any publicity and/or promotional material.

For the avoidance of doubt, any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.

The prizes are as described and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any alternative.

In the event that the winner is unable to claim or use the prize for any reason, no alternative will be offered.

If the advertised prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter in relation to all matters relating to the Prize Draw or Competition, whose decision shall be final; no correspondence shall be entered into.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Prize Draw or Competition or as a result of accepting the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw or Competition. 

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters

relating to the Prize Draw or Competition.

Events may occur that render the Prize Draw or Competition itself or the awarding or the delivery of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Competition and the participant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
