There are two effective ways to commission an MVHR system using Ubbink’s Air Excellent:
Manual flow adjustment
Use a calibrated vane anemometer to measure airflow at the room valves and adjust accordingly. This method is accurate but requires time and expertise.
System configuration
Use Ubbink’s air restrictor rings or valve installed in or on the distribution boxes. This method works seamlessly with the Aerflux design and commissioning tool, which calculates the correct settings for you, saving significant time and effort.
