Eaves Guard
The Ubbink Eaves Guard provides robust eaves protection for both refurbishment projects and new builds. Designed to replace rotted gutter felt with minimal disruption, it also ensures effective water drainage and underlay support in new installations. Acting as a felt support tray and compatible with eaves ventilation trays, it delivers long-lasting performance and compliance with modern roofing standards.

Over Fascia Ventilation System (OFVS)
The Ubbink Over Fascia Vent System (OFVS) (also known as the 3-in-1 Felt Support Tray) provides continuous eaves-level ventilation while supporting the roofing underlay. Designed for roof pitches between 15°–70° (with additional support recommended below 23°), it ensures effective airflow and water drainage. Installed directly onto fascias, the system offers durability and ease of use.
