Eaves Guard
The Ubbink Eaves Guard provides robust eaves protection for both refurbishment projects and new builds. Designed to replace rotted gutter felt with minimal disruption, it also ensures effective water drainage and underlay support in new installations.

Over Fascia Ventilation System (OFVS)
The Ubbink Over Fascia Vent System (OFVS) provides continuous eaves-level ventilation while supporting the roofing underlay. Designed for roof pitches between 15°–70° (with additional support recommended below 23°), it ensures effective airflow and water drainage.
